According to military sources, Israel has been offered 12 more spike launchers and more than 200 missiles. The same number of missiles and launchers were procured on an emergency basis after the retaliation at Balakot last year.
According to Indian media, the army had stockpiled launchers and missiles last year near the Pakistan border. This time, the Indian army may be thinking of using this deadly weapon against the Chinese tank forces. This is because the Red Army has reportedly stockpiled a large quantity of arms in East Ladakh despite talks to restore peace.
Meanwhile, the central government has also given the army the power to spend Rs 500 crore for preparations. Using that power, the military plans to buy weapons and ammunition from Israel and the United States.
It is to be mentioned that a few days ago, the Center ordered to buy 33 additional warplanes. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a state-owned aircraft manufacturer, will build 12 Sukhoi fighter jets in the country with permission from Russia. These aircraft will have ‘sophisticated targeting systems and warfare suites’.
