Breaking News Chinese President Xi Jinping has stressed that there should be a separate state for the Palestinian people. The two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian problem is the best way.
Jinping made the remarks in a phone call with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Monday. In a phone call, he expressed China's support for the Palestinian people and called the Palestinian child a core issue in the Middle East.
The Chinese president said the Palestinian issue was as much about peace and stability in the Middle East as it was about international justice and human rights. China's position in this regard is strong and transparent.
Xi Jinping said that China believes that a two-state solution is the best way to resolve the Palestinian-Israeli crisis and that Beijing is in favor of resolving the crisis through dialogue on an equal footing. He called on the international community to take a correct and transparent stance on the Israeli-Palestinian crisis and intensify efforts to resolve the crisis.
